Rental Requirements

• All drivers must be over 25 in the USA. Drivers under 25 will incur a young driver fee. Please contact us for young driver pricing.
• Physical valid driving licence with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience, in English. Licences not in English will require an International Driving Permit.
• Physical valid passport or government-issued ID.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are rented with a Full Tank and must be returned with a Full Tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged at local rates plus a service fee.

We recommend refueling at stations near the airport or rental location before return to avoid additional charges.

Insurance & Damage Policy

All rentals include comprehensive insurance with Zero excess. This covers collision, theft, and third-party liability. Optional upgrades available for higher coverage levels.

In case of accident or damage, report immediately to our 24/7 support line. Photos and accident report details are required for claims.

Cancellation & Modifications

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of booking value
• No-shows forfeit 100% of booking value
• We are unable to make any changes to names/dates/times/locations however you have free cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup so for any changes you can make a new booking. If you need advice on a flight change etc contact us and we will advise you of your options on add phone number and email

Vehicle Condition & Return

Vehicles are inspected before rental and documented. You are responsible for reporting any existing damage before departure. Return vehicles clean and in the same condition as received.

Minor wear and tear is expected; however, significant damage may result in charges.
